improvements after proofreading with Grammarly removed "_Quiz: As an exercise, modify the marketplace contract to accept any payment that has enough balance to pay for the asking price, instead of requiring the exact amount._" as this is suggesting implementations that go against recommended best practices. Better to handle this in PTBs as suggested by Mysten Alex.
